Return Eligibility
Customers may contact Peptide Insight within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for consideration, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Packaging, labels, seals, and other identifying information should remain intact.
For quality-control, safety, or regulatory reasons, certain products may not qualify for return once their original packaging or seal has been opened.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Peptide Insight may refuse unauthorized returns.
Non-Returnable Products
We may not accept returns for products that customers have opened, used, damaged after delivery, improperly stored, or returned without their original packaging.
In addition, customized products, clearance products, or other items clearly marked as non-returnable may not qualify for return.
Where applicable, legal or regulatory restrictions may also prevent us from accepting certain returned products.
Refund & Returns Policy for Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact Peptide Insight as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs where appropriate.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your delivery, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the missing product.

Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before we dispatch the shipment.
However, once we have processed or dispatched an order, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the return conditions stated in this policy will apply.
Refund Process

If we approve the refund, we will process it using an appropriate payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method, financial institution, or payment provider.

Cryptocurrency and Manual Payments

Do not send additional funds or provide private wallet keys, passwords, PINs, or other sensitive account information when requesting a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return results from an error by Peptide Insight or an eligible damaged/incorrect shipment, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for approved returns.
International Returns
International returns may involve additional shipping costs, customs procedures, duties, or taxes.
Customers should contact Peptide Insight before returning an international shipment so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Customs charges associated with voluntary returns may remain the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires a different arrangement.
